In our Water Aerobics classes you can work at your own pace, enjoy a lower impact work out than you will find on land, and see all the benefits water has to offer.
Aquacise:
M/W/F 10:00-10:50 am
This is a low to medium-intensity aerobic class including strength, flexibility, and less complex movement. Class is conducted in the shallow water and is a good class for those who are interested in general movement with the option of increasing intensity and skills.

Try our high-intensity aerobics in the deep water. This class is perfect for those needing a great workout without impact on the joints.
No swimming skills required; participants wear float belts and have no need to put their face in the water.
