Aquatic Fitness 

These aquatic fitness classes are available to members at no cost. If you're not a member, you’re welcome to take advantage of our day pass option. Join a class anytime! In our Water Aerobics classes you can work at your own pace, enjoy a lower impact work out than you will find on land, and see all the benefits water has to offer.

Aquacise:
M/W/F     10:00-10:50 am
This is a low to medium-intensity aerobic class including strength, flexibility, and less complex movement. Class is conducted in the shallow water and is a good class for those who are interested in general movement with the option of increasing intensity and skills.

Aquaerobics:

M/W/F 9:00-9:50 am
Tu/Th 9:40-10:30 am
   

Our most popular class is for those who want vigorous movement, high-intensity aerobics, and strength training; conducted in the shallow water. 

Deep Water Aerobics:
M/W/F 9:00-9:50 am & 10-10:50 am
Tu/Th  8:30-9:30am
Tu/Th 7:00-8:00 pm
Try our high-intensity aerobics in the deep water. This class is perfect for those needing a great workout without impact on the joints. No swimming skills required; participants wear float belts and have no need to put their face in the water.
