Spring Greetings!

We are honored that you are considering The Centre as your destination for summer camp fun! We have prepared programs that will be FUN and SAFE learning environments for your child that are also noble and honorable to one another and to God.

Your child will grow and learn through themed activities, games and engagement in a supportive and loving environment that will enhance the young mind, the growing body and the blooming spirit. We will work with your child to help them succeed in all areas of camp life as well as give them skills to use at home and with others every day.

If you are new to our programs, I invite you to take a look around our camp model and see the exciting things we are offering this summer. If your child has attended camp here in previous years, I invite you to see what’s new! We have taken the time to build a summer camp program that is new and exciting yet stays ‘rooted’ to our mission of service. I am confident there is something for everyone in every way! (For Kids: FUN! For Parents: SAVINGS!) I also urge you to take a look at our ‘Ultimate Camp Pass’. This is a great value to our members! If you are not a member, please contact us regarding the savings you will see if you decide to become one.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have and I personally thank you for the opportunity to care for you and your child.

Blessings in HIM!

Drama Camp

“Did they really do that in two weeks?” “Was that my child?” Those are the reactions many parents have each year after experiencing our full-scale summer production. Campers from age 6 to 18 learn performance skills and develop their gifts and talents while producing a musical complete with lively music, colorful costumes, delightful dances and a fantastic set. No prior experience is necessary. This year’s camp features the action-packed adventures of Mulan, a heartwarming story with many featured roles for youth and youngsters alike. Through the production, campers will learn about Chinese culture and explore the themes from the story - - all from a biblical perspective. Please email our director, Colleen Averill with questions (caverill@lenawee.org). Space is limited so register soon!
